Overview:

The Certified Fertility Specialist (IVF Training) is a compact 6 months program designed for Obstetrician-Gynaecologists. Experts impart practical knowledge to participants by providing live experience in oocyte retrieval (OPU) and embryo transfers. Participants also have the opportunity to assist IVF experts and engage in observership in andrology, embryology, and medical protocols.

Eligibility:

1. Participants must be a citizen of India.

2. Hold an MBBS Degree from a University established by law in India, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). A participant with foreign medical qualification must appear and pass in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) and register with a State Medical Council (SMC) per applicable regulations.

3. Hold a DGO / DNB / M.D. / M.S. (or its equivalent recognized degree) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a University established by law in India, recognized by the NMC, or any other with a foreign medical qualification recognized by the NMC and declared as equivalent.

Exit Exam: The training program exit examination consists of two stages: Theory and Practical Examinations

To complete the program, participants must score a minimum of 50% in aggregate, which means participants need to achieve a total of 100 marks out of 200 marks (combined marks from Theory & Practical) in the Exit Exam.
